Anyone know who did the poster for the Lewiston, NY show? My buddy showed me on his phone, but I can't seem to find another picture.
Artist is Ivan Minsloff. Day was printed wrong...Friday instead of Wednesday. This was my first live in person MMJ concert and it was my birthday. What a memory!

I love that Lewiston poster - too bad the day is botched!  The funny thing is that stating the day of the week is superfluous.

Just a reminder that I maintain a setlist thread at the top of The Shows section that includes poster art with links to the artists and taping links, when available.

Nice.  I like Minsloff.  He does a lot of stuff for Ryan Adams.  I really hope they do a two poster set for the Fox show next week!

I also really hope they do a 2 poster set for the Fox next week (not that i have any wall space left). I was hoping Justin from Status Seriagraph was doing them since he is so close to ATL, but he said he wasn't. I'm no Dead Head but he made some killer posters for those Farewell shows!

FYI, I've created a thread with all posters from the 2015 tour to date, with links to the artists' website.  Its at the top of the Show Posters section, or here:

Let me know if you see any errors or omissions.  Also, let me know if you find a better image or know who is the artist of some of the recent posters.

Thanks!

i love nate's work. glad he did one for this tour. wish it was a show i was going to

Not really feeling this Orlando one. It's better looking in person but still left me wanting a little more.

how many posters are they doing per show?

Emb1528

At first sight I thought the Orlando one was pretty rad, even cooler that they did a small number of foils only available at the show. The only thing that turned me off was that after browsing his site, he has previously done a couple almost identical to this for art posters of his and another band poster just like this.

Yep. I wasn't real crazy about this one at first, liked it a little better after seeing it up close but then got really turned off by the very things you've mentioned. I could understand doing similar ones for the same band during a stand of shows but to do such similar posters for three different bands is weak IMO. Throw in the two similar Art posters, and it just soured me completely on this one.

This one is destined for the back of my Itoya portfolio, and doubtful it ever sees the light of day.

I try to keep my posts here on the positive side, but I definitely agree with you, and wanted to add my two cents. Bummed we both aren't crazy about the poster, but it's good to know I'm not the only one who feels this way about it. I thought maybe I was being a bit too critical in my thinking.

Hey, poster children - just wanted to let y'all know the mystical print from the mind-boggling New Orleans show JUST went up for sale today on the artist's (James R. Eads) website. He titled it "Soul Merge."

It seems Duval has repeated his work, to some degree, before.  I noticed an art print looked mighty similar to the Monsters of Folk print he did for the Boston show.
