Who all going ???? I'm getting concerned i may be the only Utah member of this board....either way the show needed a proper thread when the time comes...i cant wait to see them my second time, and at the perfect place too.

Take heart, you're not the only Utahn here, mtngurl and mtnman also live in SLC. They'll be there for sure!

this show is gonna be at the perfect place for them to play here, Saltair. Even though the security / pat downs coming into the building can be somewhat ridiculous (if you just hide your shit in your shoe theyll never get it)  :cool:

I live in Utah and will be in attendance with a handful of local Jacket fans.  Surprised they picked Saltair of all places.  I highly doubt it will sell out.  I think it will be a cool show and hopefully they play some deeper cuts.  Some of the "weird" not so normal tour stops have been getting good songs so I hope SLC is one of them.
And on Heaven's Golden shore we'll lay our heads......

You should start a Roll Call thread for this or edit this thread title to include it.  Even though there doesn't seem to be a lot of forum folks going, it'll be cool to see who is, and how many. Maybe it'll lead to a nice pre show meetup too.  :cool:

For Sure man! Id love to meet up with everyone! I'll definitely be representing for the forum! It'll be an intimate show. And if there's not that many people there, I'll be even louder and make the guys know they're appreciated by US. I only have strong feelings about how good this show could be, and knowing that the guys do love Utah's sights and scenery and environment, I think they'll be in good spirits.

Regardless of how many people come, I'm gonna be loud and proud!

SLC hasnt EVER gotten a Steam Engine... and no Cobra, Rollin Back, I Will Sing You Songs and a lot of others. We've gotten 1 Heartbreakin Man and 1 Smokin From Shootin and a rare rare cover of Hungry Heart in 2013, a Sooner in 2005, They Ran in 2007, War Begun Phone and Evelyn in 2012.

From Saltair to The Complex.  I don't know anything about either- but the Saltair looked super cool.

Saltair looks like it was capacity 3500.  The Complex has 4 venues, 3 under 1000 and one at 2500.  Maybe the show didnt sell that well? Hmm...

this is sad....Salt Lake City I'm fucking disappointed in you...id rather they played a half full Saltair then the Complex...Saltair has NO curfews and downtown SLC does...but who knows....im just really saddened by my fellow Utahns who DIDNT already get tickets. I know of a bunch of people who are going to go but they think they can get tickets the day of the show (common lazy Utah concert going practice). I hate that MMJ are gonna remember that the show was moved due to not selling out, after MONTANA THE NIGHT BEFORE SELLS OUT.....this makes us look BAD...i hope they dont think of that as a reason to play Wordless Lay Low and Touch Me Pt. II and then get the fuck outta town  :cry:

the whole "buy ticket day of show" thing is such a thing down here in the south also (i live in alabama, but really everywhere down here)
