If you are looking for a quick bite there's a Chipolte on Broadway near 72nd street and a Shake Shack on 77th and Columbus.

ohhh Chipotle. Are there any Paneras near by too? ;)

Fairway (which is a grocery store across the street) has a really good restaurant upstairs.  It's casual, not too expensive, and has a cool atmosphere.  I would definitely go there one night and then parkervb you can find a Panera for the other three ;)
