Roll Call Early Entry question

Quick question, I am a Roll Call deluxe member but didn't buy my Red Rocks tickets through the fan club (amex presale and stubhub unfortunately).
Do I still get early entry privileges? Or am I left out since I didn't buy my tickets through the fan club?
Also is early entry for just the fan club member or is it member +1?

You should be good to go. Your laminate from Roll Call gets you early entry +1 for all shows that this applies to. They don't care where you got your ticket, as long as you have one and have your laminate.

I'm very excited I became a part of the Roll Call club! I'm sure Red Rocks is gonna be included with early entry too.

My Roll Call membership expires in March. I seem to remember someone getting early entry with an older laminate last year, stating the new one did not come in the mail yet. I have the one with the peacock on the waterfall. Is there a new one out yet, or is that the one people are planning to use?

The peacock/waterfall laminate is the most recent and should work.  A look back at previous RC early entry laminates...

i did early entry at red rocks in august.  they checked my laminate but nobody ever asked for a ticket.  i thought that was pretty funny.

Go into the accounts section on your dashboard, and check your orders. There should be a shipping date in there. Mine says the end of this month. I believe it's the 25th.

The first one will ship in an estimated 6-8 weeks of purchase and the special bonus item will ship at the end of the year.


been 12 weeks since i renewed, long past the "6-8."  guess i should know by now that this stuff never arrives on time, but if you've at least received a shipping date, i feel like i should have, too.

and have they even finalized the designs for the poster and t-shirt?

Did you click on the actual order# itself? Once I did that, I scrolled down to shipments and that's where mine has two boxes showing what's in each part of the order to be shipped and when. I just reupped at  the beginning of this month and the one box shows the laminate, poster and t-shirt will be shipped on 3/25/16. The other shows the special item bonus and that shipping date is 12/01/16

Hope this helps and no, I  haven't seen any final designs for the poster or shirt.

I just checked my account.  Special item shipping date is 12/1/16.  The other items look like they have been shipped as there is no date, but there is a shipping number.  Hopefully the laminate, poster, etc is on the way.  I pre-ordered back in mid December.

I don't even have shipping info in mine, still shows as preordered for both, although my vinyl already shipped, just to the wrong address!

Just a heads up to anyone else renewing their membership. The shipping price automatically defaults to the most expensive option but there is a parcel post option that's cheaper.

I've used the parcel post shipping option the past three years or so and no problem receiving the merch and no damage to the posters.

i might give the good folks at WU a call, see what's up. not a huge issue, really, it's just the inconsistency that bugs. why do some of us now have a shipping date while others don't?

Yeah. I hear ya, the inconsistency is messed up. Was the special item shipping date of 12/1/16 there all along or did that just get updated? It would really be messed up if they updated that but not the earlier stuff.

I can only assume since I recently renewed and the merch was ready to go when I did, that's why I got a shipment date. You and others who ordered a while ago when the merch wasn't ready still have the preordered thing that just hasn't been updated. I think all orders wil get shipped out around the same time and doubt mine or anyone else who renewed recently will get ours before those who "preordered" awhile ago.

I'll keep you posted on my shipment.
