Yeah, that 74 bucks is for international shipping to Belgium. Shipping is 20,78 dollars. And 53,95 is a lot anyways ..

For 4 LP's I don't think it's too much to pay $53.95.

I emailed Bull Moose yesterday asking if they would have it and they just got back to me - looks like you beat me to post it.

Boy am I an asshole for wanting to support the band and buy it here. Live and learn.

What? The band doesn't get paid unless you buy from here? I think it's fair to say everyone on this forum wants as much of what they spend on Jacket stuff to go to the band, but we are also people who live in the world and need to save a few bucks here and there. If WU could charge reasonable rates for shipping, I think we wouldn't have any complaints. But if I can get well-packed records from Joe Ebay Seller for $4.99, then WU can probably do better than $15-17 for shipping.

But, hey, you got a shot at a giveaway that some of us won't.  So, you got that going for ya.
Don't you ever turn it off

I almost always buy directly from the band or artist. This has been a long time coming.More excited about this than any new albums they have released since Z.

Really like the clean sound of Golden and Mageetah - can not wait to listen to the whole album

I almost always buy direct from bands (either in pre-sales, on their site, or at a live show) but I have not been alone in the complaints about the shipping costs for WU. It's ridiculous that I saved $20 by getting it through BullMoose and a large part of that is due to the shipping. I'm not even asking for free shipping from WU but $17 is a bit much for me from a company (WU, not MMJ) that has shown very little care to the fans after many years.

Sidebar to this: Does anyone know who else WU works with? I assume any other artists fans have the same issues.

I saw people on reddit complaining about the GnR fan club and not getting "there money's worth" for the recent presale...

Add Joe Walsh to the list.  Imagine my surprise when I joined up there to get VIP tix and find my account is linked with this one.

In the meantime....I paid $70 for ISM with shipping.  *sigh*  I just couldn't stop myself.

It's not just the shipping costs.  Didn't The Waterfall pre orders get messed up and arrive very late..... like several weeks after arrival of deluxe packages ordered from other places.

oistheone

It's not just MMJ, it's probably about 90% of major label artists who fuck up their "official" pre-orders, due to insane shipping fees or delivery weeks after the release. I haven't pre-ordered from an official band site since waiting SIX WEEKS AFTER RELEASE for delivery of a "pre-ordered" Neil album. My musical life has never been more stress free. Support local shops! Or just order from Amazon. Either way, it's the usually the cheapest option and you'll get it in the quickest time.

Oh, I could go on and on about my issues with WU and multiple different order issues or communication breakdowns (telling me one thing....multiple times....and then failing to deliver on that specific thing). There's a lot to complain about, based on my experience. The shipping costs are just the constant reminder lol
