OK, I found it, but can't find a way to host such a large file, it's actually two DVDs, so I'll have to send it snail mail.  

If anyone else would like a copy, I'll do SASEs for the first three people to respond to this thread.  Brian, don't worry about SASE, just pm me your address.


Side note: looking for this DVD gave me the occasion to uncover an old school MMJ DVD I didn't even know I had or existed.  But I'll save it for another day.  :)
