Tuning of the songs

Hey, as some of you know, I'm busy tabbing some mmj songs but it would be a lot easier if I would know the right tunings of the songs.  So my question is: Is there somebody who is relatively close to the jacket and is able to ask it(I don't know if that's possible, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed). Or is there anyone who has the talent to find the tunings by just listening to the songs?  It would certainly be a great help to all the guitaristplaying mmj fans. Thx in advance.

i think most of the stuff is standard tuning... but i've seen Jim use a capo a lot if that helps...

All standard as far as I know.  And Jim does like to capo the first fret.
