Ok maybe winter 2025. Just saw they play in US until November. :(

Sounded to me like you can have some hope. At the end of one of the interviews with Jim posted on the music page, the interviewer says how he's been a fan but never got to see them live, and says see you in Berlin and Jim says Definitely!

Don't know if there's hope for this Autumn or not but to me "definitely" sounds like they'll be in Europe again, and for everyone there, I hope it's sooner rather than later.

We've been treated to some amazing shows here and I've been fortunate to see a decent amount. I don't think it's just me who thinks, while they were always pretty damn great live, they just keep getting better and better, and are truly one of if not the best live rock band going.

I'd bet on EU dates next spring/summer or even autumn, if at all. I think they'll stick to touring the states while the iron is hot with this record. A few bands/artists I follow have said they'd love to be in Europe more, but they're being told it's just not financially viable. Maybe Jacket are in the same boat.

Also depends if they can book a festival slot or two I guess. I suspect the '23 EU tour dates wouldn't have happened without them playing Primavera!

Some kind of no repeats run somewhere in Europe (if I'm being selfish - London!) would be a dream come true. LCD soundsystem are about to do a mini residency in London because it saves so much on touring costs. Maybe they could do a mini Jacket residency somewhere (Amsterdam would be my second choice for that!)

London is ok for me but i would prefer Copenhagen. Last time they were in Europe i could not go to any of their concerts becuase of my work. Hope next time im a little more lucky.

Last time they played in Copenhagen was 2012.

Never been to Denmark, but I'd love to check it out! I couldn't make any of the mainland EU shows in 2023 (I went to both London & Manchester) but I'm determined to make it to at least one next time

Sorry for the double post but it was confirmed during todays AMA on reddit that the band are working on European dates! I still presume this is for next year but it's exciting news :cheesy:

I would welcome a European tour announcement, and depending upon the usual when and where questions we might be tempted to make the trip.  We've seen some amazing shows over yonder, including Bo with Roger Waters at the Circus Maximum in Rome, so there are some awesome venue options that I would love to see them explore.

They'll need to book a festival or two to make it worth their while, I think. I was listening to a podcast recently with a British artist who said she actually makes a loss at her own shows in the UK & Europe due to costs, but manages to balance the books with earnings from festivals. That's playing the same sized venues Jacket played on their last EU tour.

I hope they can work something out. Myself and other fans are often vocal about wanting more dates on this side of the water, but I hope the band don't feel like they have to do it even if they're making a loss. I know they'd be here more often if they could be, and whatever we do get is a win
