Wow - I already pre-ordered through Miles of Music (www.milesofmusic.com) yesterday.  $13.99, + $3.75 s&h and no free download :-(.  I got too busy to get over here and see if it was posted, and looks like it was probably a good thing that I didn't.  I'm writing to see if they have a better deal.  Usually MoM is a pretty decent company and sell cool music, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
