Unless somebody has already posed this question I would love to ask Jim about his use of alternate tuning in the guitar parts and why he likes employing it so much...

this would be a great question. i find when writing tunes the alternate tunings help to accomplish a voicing or other kind of sound that is not possible in standard because of position or because of impossibilities of fingering something. i'd like to hear Jim's answer to the question though,
