Guitar Tech?

This was the second time i've seen this guy tuning and polishing up all the bands guitars. (backwards black,hat,tattoos, and piercings) does anyone know if he's is their main tech (ie, goes on tour with them)?

I'm pretty sure he travels with MMJ, because he was at Bonnaroo and Roxy. At Bonnaroo he wore a Brittany Spears t-shirt - which I found to be pretty cool.

I like his Stormtrooper and Hotwheels tats.  8)

talked to him at the show in Burlington, VT a little while ago about his red sox tattoo's, said he was from the cape, he pretty much gave me the "don't talk to me treatment"  though...i might have been a few too many sierra nevadas deep as well.
