My buddy thinks it's a backwoods Kentucky name for a guitar.  My geetah.
Me?  I think that's silly.  You guys are the authorities so i popse this question to you!!!
O, How time flies, with crystal clear eyes.  But it's cold, it's cold, when you're ending with diamond eyes.

Your buddy is wise beyond his years.   ;)

however...its not a "back woods" "Kentucky way" to say "my guitar"

its just Jim doing what he does best...not taking things too serious
If you're lucky, MMJ will fill the void you didn't even know you ever had. If you're luckier, you'll get to see them live.

If I may be so bold...I think what he does best is under enunciate.  I hope that there are not real words at the end of Steam Engine.  Please just let it be a heavenly sound from a voice that can sing anything a make it beautiful.

Seems like at the time that it was more of a Jamaican pronunciation rather than a Kentucky one, but maybe I'm mis-remembering!?   It's 'my guitar', for sure, easily one of my faves after all of these years.
