There is a search function.  Its an Icon at the top of the board, a couple to the right of the Home button.  It's just not put to use by too many people.

most boards ive been on with 'search' features just have a box at the top or bottom of the board

On here, thats way too hidden to even notice it almost. Hah, I never even noticed it until now. Only reason Ive ever clicked on any of those is to go between the MMJ boards and the Off Topic ones
