I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Is it just me or does anyone else really dislike Tegan and Sara?

I wish MMJ would just release the whole damn show!

Guess Bonnaroo owns the rights?

I also wish MMJ would start a downloadable "bootleg" series, and include videos as well as audio discs, for profit of course.

I'll keep dreaming.

I was at the show and they could have picked a better track than "I'm Amazed". I mean come on, where's "One Big Holiday" with Kirk Hammett guesting. Well at least they got a track on there.

One Big Holiday was already on a Bonnaroo DVD.
That's motherfuckin' John Oates!

Not to be a buzzkill but I don't think Get Down On It should be on the DVD.  I wasn't at the Bonnaroo show so I can't begin to imagine how fun it was when they busted it out in the moment.  That being said, my roommate commented after watching the youtube video of it that it reminded him a a bad frat cover band and I tend to second that notion.  For Jacketeers who were at the show, that must have been amazing but to package in a DVD as the only song, non fans might watch it and perceive it the same way, a rather tacky cover with Jim dancing rather awkwardly on stage.

That being said, I'm Amazed was a TERRIBLE CHOICE!!!

fair enough, and you are probably right.

but taken in context, and where it was in the set, and just the entire mood of the night, it really fucking worked!!

so with that said...OBH with hammett should have been the choice. how dumb of me to not mention that first.  :-X

Well you got it again.  Preference?  I'm guessing the 1st go 'round won't be topped.  I was surprised that they busted it out again but I guess the response was so positive for the Bonnaroo performance...

One good thing about music: when it hits you feel no pain.
