I didn't see it on any of the 2000/2001 shows on archive.  That is strange if they haven't played it live.  It's probably a hard song to do live with the wall of reverb surrounding it.

It's a pen/pencil holder.  Some girl I work with has one and I found the pic online.  I'm an accountant so I use spreadsheets constantly.
