shn to wav mkw act

for some reason i am having trouble usin the mkw converter to make the files playable for the richmond Va show. the converter says "sanity check fails trying to decode function 13102652" and when I tried the Cat's cradle show it said error no magic number.  these seem like fictional errors plaese help..
