I know there's still a chance maybe a Louisville show could be added in Oct or Nov, and I am more than willing to make the road trip to at least one show. That would require some time off from work for me though so I'm just trying to plan accordingly. Ideally I'd rather see MMJ here in the Ville. Just wondering what y'all think--will we not see the Jacket back in Louisville until after the west coast swing? Surely they aren't skipping Louisville entirely?!! I guess if a Louisville show isn't announced in the next week or 2 I'll go ahead and pony up for Indy tickets. I'm honestly kinda baffled that they haven't announced any show(s) here yet.

Ditto.  This kind of sucks.  Nashville and Indy look promising.

Even thought kind of expensive, im going to go ahead and get my Nashville tix. I live in Louisville so its not that far away and i will be ROYALY pissed if they dont play the ville.

ChiefOKONO

they probably have a special run planned for louisville later

peanut butter puddin surprise

In a surprise move, Mayor Jerry Abramson will personally host a headlining, live TV covered media circus of MMJ blowing away their hometown.  This show will be on wheels, of course-a converted 18 wheeler with the band jamming on the trailer.  The band will roll from location to location, stopping by such places as 4th Street Live and turning up the decibel level to space shuttle launch.  Even the microscopic life swimming in the sewers will hear it.  After levelling the buildings there, they will proceed on to Headliner's and Phoenix Hill, and anywhere else they've played before and sonically destroy each building in their path, ala Godzilla.  Guest stars include Hillary Duff, Eva Mendes, Willie Nelson, Mazzy Star, Dave Chappelle, Gary Wright, and of course the Gorton's Fisherman.  Sponsored by Coor's Light, Hostess Apple Pies, Butterball Turkey, Maker's Mark, and General Electric.

Runnin' from somethin' that isn't there

Awesome plan John, now make it come together!
Of course it should all end in an all-star ensemble superjam of Journey's epic "Don't Stop Believin'" with Peter Frampton on lead guitar. Supported by kick-ass fireworks and a giant flying pig as stage prop and mascotte.

In light and peace...

Cool.  I'm coming back to Kentucky for sure, now.  ;)
