Me neither but I think it was mentionned in the title, which is not displayed when I open the link.  

But maybe you can consider the stoner quote as something related to the stone-age. Rock with balls, which comes right out of the dusty caves of stonehenge. Something like in spinal tap (great hilarious movie).

You could see it like that, but I'm afraid people that use that term don't mean it like that. Ah, genres are for pussies, right? Rock 'n roll!  ;D
