welcome!   ;D

sonatine

amazing show last night, as usual!

my friend managed to steal one of their setlists from the stage, so here's the official set list from last night:

wordless chorus
it beats for you
one big holiday
off the record
what  a wonderful man he was
the way that he sings
golden
sooner
gideon
lay low
dondante
run thru

encore:
at dawn
lowdown
anytime
mahgeetah

what'd everyone think of saul williams? i'd only heard 'black stacy' before, and i was really impressed with him last night. i wonder why his set was so short though! does anyone know if he ever plays more than four or five songs? or maybe he was uncomfortable playing in front of a typically docile, all white and asian vancouver crowd? at the start of his set when he was like "is everyone ready to dance?" i was thinking oh man, he's gonna be disappointed.

Thank you!

Missed the D's in Seattle the other week, though. Oh well. :(

Awesome, thank you for the setlist!

I arrived just as Saul Williams was finishing up, so can't really add much. I would imagine that this is just the usual length of his set, though...
