not sure, no details at this point.
I guess it bein NYE has something to do with it.

Kory

I thought that was it, although I didn't know if it had something to do with an opener or a set of musicians. This sounds like it's MMJ's thing all to themselves. I'd pay double to see them if I could just get there...

Congratulations California!

Anyone having problems?
I'm getting this message:
"At this moment there are not enough tickets available to fulfill your request. Please try again using a lower quantity or tickets or choosing a different ticket type.
Currently there are not enough GA tickets to fulfill your request."

are all the presale tix already gone...?

brasstacks

i am getting the same thing i truly hope they were not all gone in three minutes.

leslieesco

The 29th and 30th give me the same message, too.
hope this is just a glitch! i'm doubtful these are actually all gone.

"...it's gonna be great -- I mean me coming back with the band and playing all those hits again"

Horn

I would imagine their allottment is very small. I think the shows will eventually sell out, but not immediately.

Don't stop trying to get tickets!  I was able to get a ticket less than five minutes ago (12:40pm PST).  I'm so incredibly stoked, I've never seen MMJ and I can't wait.

this is pretty cool...and i guess they are doing this to thank the Filmore for letting them tape the DVD there (besides that it is a historic venue!)...but...

all i gotta say is do this in Louisville sometime!!!

they would sell out all 3 nights easily!!!
If you're lucky, MMJ will fill the void you didn't even know you ever had. If you're luckier, you'll get to see them live.

I'd love to go but I'll be stuck in New England shoveling snow... :(
Sittin' here with me and mine.  All wrapped up in a bottle of wine.

there will also be limited edition posters for sale at the fillmore shows.

Horn

Any idea how many tix mmj had for their pre-sale?

I'm guessing the overall % was quite small.

Pookiecool

How Big is this band?  I am totally hooked, but none of my friends who are into music even know who they are.

Will this show sell out instantly once public sales start on the 5th?  I am just going to the 30th and want GA tix.  Does anyone have any idea how big this is?  It seems only a select few fanatics will actually get out to San Fran.  I have to wake up pretty early to get the tix on the 5th as I live in New Zealand.  Is it worth getting the tix asap or do you think i could sleep in later?  Judging from how quickly the pre sales went, i don't really want to risk it.

JohnnyRage

If you are flying in from New Zealand ( I assume) why would you just go to one show???

60 bones for mmj...man oh man, they've come a long way since the rud.  it's only ironic then that they have the pic up of the mmj of old, too.

A_delle

This will be my 4th MMJ show  - 60 bucks is TOTALLY worth it, especially at the historic and infallable Fillmore - did you hear the SOUND on the Okonokos DVD? That's how it sounds live there, i was there. They are an epic band with epic material and NOW is the time to enjoy them. I am logged into Ticketmaster, tick, tock, tick, tock, tick, tock...
