Pre-sale tickets

Hi Guys,
This is my first time in the forum, and actually I would like to get some advice regarding the pre-sale tickets. The problem is that I am trying to buy them from London (UK), and it seems that the tickets are only posted within the USA. Ideally, I would like to collect them at the box office the day of the gig. Does anyone know if this would be possible and how? Thanks a lot

hi marc, you should be able to choose 'Will Call' and pick them up at the venue.
