And I know I know Tracy.  Last saw you at Built To Spill at City Hall.

Next weekend will be kind of religious with Black Keys/Black Angels on Saturday followed by this show on Monday.

I found out at the last minute that  my boss has been holding out on viking helmets.  I totally made him let me borrow it.  So there's one more for the Viking Head Count!  Hahaha!

Can't wait.  Any Nashville folks going to the ATL show the night before?  It's gonna be a kick ass weekend for music in the south.

I wanted to hit up that Black Keys show too, but alas, I'm sending a friend off to live in Pittsburgh with a big-ass fire out in the woods on Saturday night.

Monday night at the Ryman will be a religious experience.  My favorite band at my favorite venue.....Ahh to be a Jacket fan.  hehe.

I've seen some great shows at the Ryman.

Last year, Ben Harper was truly exquisite.

But I've only ever been on the floor.

Anyone know what it's like from the balcony?

Sorta-kinda, but not really, from what I've seen, they tend to use the usual suspects on a tour, plus an equal amount of randomly chosen songs...

For that reason, I avoid reading any setlists until after I've seen the shows I'm able to catch - that way I don't wait and hope for a song throughout a show, just because someone else heard it at a different venue.

I always follow setlists on a tour like box scores in sports.

there are some old hatch show prints that i didnt buy (oasis, sigur ros) and now i really regret it because tracking them down has been impossible.

Is that just the standard TM thing, or is that a Ryman thing?
