CA shows Presale Ticket Help

Hi everyone,
New here--quick question for anyone who bought tickets during the presale in early Nov.--Have any received your tix yet??  I chose standard mail but thought they'd be here by now.  Getting worried cuz I bought these as a Xmas present for my friend & need to have them by next week.  Thanks!

pre-sale tickets are usually mailed out 2 weeks before the event.
