opening band for the 06 Winter tour

I can't remember the name of the band that opened for MMJ during the winter tour of 06, and its driving me nuts.  Not the B/Russo Duo....the other band. Please help.

I just saw the duo at this bar by my house. They were awesome. Come to think of it, I saw The Slip at the same bar about 6 years ago  as well. They were good too. A lot more jam bandy than they are now though.
