what did they play? I'm dying to know

ok that was my "normal message" so I can post the goods:

Last night was incredible.  Venue was very suited to the band and the crowd was focused intently.  I dont have an exact setlist (I am sure one will surface) but going from memory I am sure of the opener and set closer, with the rest in there something close to this order - and I know I am missing a bunch...

Evil Urges
Off the Record
Gideon
Highly Suspicious
Golden
Sec Walkin
I'm Amazed
It Beats 4 U
Thank You Too
Dondante
Smokin from Shootin > Touch Me Part 2

Encore was 4 or 5 songs and it totally smoked with Anytime and One Big Holiday.

I for one feel extremely lucky to have seen this band at this significant launching point of their career.  Pretty sure I'll never be able to see them in a venue that size again.  I will be at MSG for NYE for another ride!  BRING IT!!

Here are my photos from the show posted on my facebook account.  Grace Potter was in attendance and was very friendly to chat with after the show.  Good times!

No guests last night.  Jim did mention a thanks to Brad Barr (The Slip/Surprise Me Mr Davis) for making it possible for them to play the show - maybe some equipment failed after all the rain at Bonnaroo?  (my best guess, pure speculation)

what a great show last night! i could reach up and touch JJ several times if i wanted too, but thats kinda creepy.
got some wicked pics and vids, ill post a few later when they are ready.

Long asfter the show i was wandering in downtown MTL and came back to the venue for some pizza slices, and there was the band! Shook hand with Tommy and said thanks for the great shows in Roo and again in MTL, to which he thanked me for going to both. Carl came out for a slice after too, i cheered, gave praise and was thanked again. i can die happy now

That sounds a bit short for a 2 1/2 hour setlist...and chartattack said they played all the new songs except Look at You... :-?

So I was a little longer than 24 hours but better late then ever.

As promised this is the first place I am posting up my link to my Review of the Toronto Show... which includes 4-6 videos, some photos and links to my 50+ photos on Flickr etc.

I am not a writer... just a music lover who happens to have stumbled on MMJ only in the last 90 days and wants to share in my own style how the show was for me.
