I was at this show. I was very upset with this set list. They came on the stage, rushed through the songs & left, never saying a word. Very poor show. Dont get me worng, I love these guys, saw them at RCMH a few weeks before. I live in Washington DC, and travelled to Ireland and went to the festival weekend.

I believe they are not suited to an outdoor, tent, concert. Much better within four walls

My view anyway.

they were pretty fuckin sweet outdoors in the pouring rain in Manchester Tenn...

Did they play at night or during the day?  cause lights makes all the difference...
God damn those shaky knees.

They rushed thru the songs?  What does that mean exactly?  Was everything done in a faster tempo?  Did they cut out all of the guitar solos?
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

whenever you get a short festival set it is always going to feel like it went by fast because they usually play for 2+ hours.

one of the sickest Jacket shows I have ever experienced was a day set, outdoor festival.....remember "RETURN TO  THUNDERDOME"?
Dig.  ;)

What I meant when I said they rushed through their set list was, they had a time slot, 40 mins, and they had to stick to it. They came on at 16.10, and it was semi dark in the tent, but  Ijust felt it was not their best preformance I've seen. They are only been discovered in Ireland so I would think they should put on a better show to encourage people of ireland to but their music.

I was so looking forward to them playing, and I felt let down, but thats Ok I'll be back for more
