1 Chicago Ticket Available

I'm looking to sell one ticket for the Chicago show on Friday the 10th.  I bought the ticket last week for double the price and am just looking to break even.  The ticket is located in the balcony, R1 row E seat 110.  I am selling the ticket for $70.  Please let me know if you are interested, thanks!
