They did a print for each night, obviously the same artist.

Anyone have a name?

Thanks

It's Kangaroo Press:

I emailed the guy last week, but haven't heard back yet.  Bah.

Thanks for the info ALady!

I got in touch with Ryan and got a set.  I didn't buy them at the shows b/c they didn't have tubes for them.

A note to MMJ's merch folks.....pre-roll and tube posters before the show and they will vanish and remain in mint condition.

If you need a full-time poster roller/tuber on tour, please contact me, as I wouldn't mind hitting the road.   ;)

I'm a BYOTube kinda girl.   ;)  I like to see what I'm getting, so I'm not sure I like the idea of having them pre-rolled...though it would be nice to have a professional roller/tuber on staff!  I've never seen that done, though...do other bands do it that way?

Got an email from Ryan this morning, and he still has a few Saturday/Sunday posters for sale.  If anyone is still in the market, you can contact him through his site.

The artist's name is Ryan Nole. He has done many, many great concert posters, including a number of others for MMJ (you can order the Detroit Polar Bear poster from the MMJ store...).

Here is a link to most of Ryan's work:

I too was able to order a set of the Chicago posters directly from Ryan. According to Ryan, the pair was meant to be hung together with the first night on the left and the second night on the right so that the animals are facing each other, bracketed by the two individuals. Cool.

Lots of good stuff there!  Yipes, look at this one:

Schubas is the place where Jim was supposed to play the Obama benefit earlier this year.  Holds about 250 people.

Good lord, I bet that was a show.  Whyyyyy did I wait so long to get into the Jacket?!?   :'(
