My MMJ review...

Hey,
I said I'd give a review of what I thought of the shows so here goes...

First was the Metro show. As soon as they opened with At Dawn I knew that the show was gonna be special. It did not disappoint!
I also couldn't believe that they played I Think I'm Going To Hell, Phone Went West and Cobra/Run Thru. The band were incredible and really tight. Jim said that they should move to Byron Bay and just tour Oz. Fine by me. We were able to get Pat's setlist and one of Carl's picks.

For the Syd Big Day Out, even though it was a lot shorter, it was still an awesome set. I loved interaction between the band and the audience.

By the time Neil Young at the Entertainment Centre show rolled by I was a little sad cause I thought that it was the last time I was going to see MMJ. They played a really good set and I think they scored some new fans, especially with opening with Golden and closing with Dondante.
By some miracle I was able to go to Melbourne to see MMJ at the BDO and The Billboard.

Big Day Out setlist was so awesome. I could not believe they played Just One Thing. :o I think I gasped when Carl played the intro.

Finally the Billboard show. Evelyn (I swear jim said "Take it away Snowy") and War Begun?!?!?!?!? 8-) :o :D ;D
I really don't know what to say.
The set was sooo good but because they were running late, they weren't able to play Knot Comes Loose and Phone Went West which were both in the encore.
To top it off we met Bo on the day of the BDO and recomended a nice coffee shop to him. He was really cool and singed our Metro tickets. On the day of the Billboard show we met Pat, Jim and Carl who were all really nice. Jim and Carl signed stuff for us aswell.
The only one we didn't meet was Tommy but he seemed to recognise us at each show cause he would smile and at one of the BDO's he waved.
And they all waved out of the car window to us when they were leaving.

I really don't want to go to work tomorrow....

It would have been sweet if Bo actually "singed" your ticket. ;D

Absolutely!! I'm jealous that you still have shows to go to.
This week has been the most amazing experience in my little 18 years. I don't know if much will top it.

Coming into this oz tour i had never seen them live before. And i expected it to be great, but it was mind blowing. WOW! Unbelievable, i will never forget it!!!

Next time they come to Melbourne. PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ play at the Forum. We talk alot about dreams, that would be the ultimate experience!
