Man, I got my hopes up, too!  I don't think BH is being a smart ass (although...he can be, I guess)  I think his point is that the thread title is mis-leading in that it suggest there is Jim solo stuff happening, whereas a questions mark clearly would have denoted that there was a question coming...not a statement.  

No big deal, though.  It's just hard to determine what exactly what is being said through text, so extra care, in my opinion should be used.

Anyway...welcome to the Forum, armadison.  I hope you are right.  Jim's solo gig at the Rudyard Kipling 06.03.2007 was the most emotional and vivid concert experience of my life.  Surely he's got something coming up soon.  I'm sure he's still trying to get back to 100% too, though.

I think this has already been announced...its a album with M ward hopefully....but it seems a little far away.  A few solo gigs would be great though.

I disagree 100%! I think it's the duty of the thread poster to accurately identify the contents of a thread in the subject line in order to avoid luring someone into a thread that they would not intentionally participate in. If adequate info had been given in the subject line then many people would not have wasted valuable seconds of their lives viewing a pontification about a JJ solo tour.

It's a little bigger issue than simply . ! ?
