I don't think there is any need to get heated, it is his opinion, after all. We all have one. I'm just trying to understand his logic. You obviously don't like Conor or M. Ward. You think MOF is a failed project. I still don't know if you like the album or not. You are a fan of MMJ and Jim. All of that is fine. My question is why did you go to the show? You don't like 2/3's of the songwriters, or possibly the MOF album itself. I mean, it's your money, but $50 is a lot of it for 5 or 6 MMJ songs, which you already said was the only thing you dug about the whole experience. It seems like you were setting yourself up for disappointment. SO why did you go? I'm asking sincerely, I'm curious.

I can't speak for our friend bethel, but I'm kind of in the same boat.  I would go see Jim if he was touring in a supergroup with Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers.  I might not dig on their contributions, but I'd suffer through because Jim is one of my favorite performers.

However, if you wanted me to pay $60+ for the dubious privilege...   ;D
