Bought tickets during the pre-sale for tomorrow night at United Palace Theater.  Was offered Row T in the orchestra, questioned whether to go for it or not, and with the clock winding down said yeah let's do it.  So now, a night before the show, for shits and gigs I check to see what I would get if I just bought tickets today.  Row GG was offered.  Now, I am thankful for what I gots, but does anyone out there have some miracle story where they go up to Will Call before the show and trade in their tickets for closer seats?  Just frustrates me, and I understand there are plenty of financial reasons for it, why the fans who enter a pre-sale don't get the best seats in the house.

Pre-sale can be painful. They may have had those tickets returned to them.  I've never heard of trading tickets at will call, but why not try it?
