if you go to coachella's facebook page, they have a "fake" poster with the lineup that i imagine is close to the real thing.  MMJ is on Friday the 16th.  I hope its true.

anyone hearing rumors about a Southeast visit?  I'm down here by myself in Miami and I could def use some live MMJ this year.
I've got lots of my traveling money tied up in weddings and bachelor parties.  Not sure I've got the money to get too far from home.

if they play the Flimore in Miami again...i would spend the money to get down there...that was an awsome show and the theater was not at max capacity..you can be right up front, elbows on the stage...awsomeness

i'd love them to play florida again.  just not shorten the setlist.  last tour in orlando we got about 4-5 less songs than other cities got.  miami got the same treatment.  i know florida isn't probably their biggest area for a fanbase, and its sort of out of the way to hit miami and orlando on a tour since they are so far out of the way from the normal southern swing, but i'd love for them to come back so i don't have to make the 5 hour drive to ATL from gainesville to see them (which i'd do for sure, but a bit closer would be great).

i wish they would play Charlotte Fillmore. that place needs someone to really break it in.

I was at the filmore miami august 08 as well.  I had a great time at that show too.  The miami crowd was a bit late arriving (as usual)  I was front and center and was able to "rest my elbows on the stage" as well.  I caught a peak at the set list, and the only song they skipped, unfortunately, was steam engine.

i'd love for them to make their way back down here again.

My Jacketitis is so crazy bad that I CANNOT listen to their music. I have been avoiding all my old romances with Just One Thing, Strangulation, Anytime, Gideon and so on and so forth because I am dyyyyyying for them to go on tour. Tonight I got in my car and XMU plays Mahgeetah and oooohhhhh, it felt good. I am not joking when I say I got a little teary-eyed.

I fell off the wagon.

And I will be at every show possible in 2010. I don't care if I have to fly, drive, walk, skip, thumb, swim or spend all my student loan money doing it.

You all better be there.

Bonnaroo announced their lineup by this time last year... has to come soon.. I'm sure many bands are sworn to secrecy in announcing their perfomances due to festival contracts. Perhaps we have a concert schedule coming as soon as the roo and coachella announce...

Again: Toronto; Masssey Hall please please please please.

Listening to 2008 Syndey recording from Archive. I too have been trying to take a break from listening because it brings me to this site to check out the rumours instead of listening.

Now on to Archive to download another show... any suggestions?

Yikes,

The only thing I'm happy with from that lineup is that the Crooked Vultures are doing some more touring... didn't hear about them until they finished NA tour.

No MMJ... come one ROO don't let us down!

Girl, I had a Mahgeetah moment last week too.  It came up on shuffle as I was walking home from my dance class and I just had to bust out singing "SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, ARE YOU READY TO GO, MY LADYYYYYYYYY!" at the top of my lungs and generally looking like a crazy person.

What I'm saying is I could really use some Jacket too.   ;)
