QuoteSo I guess Nashville to Kentucky wasn't as rare as I thought, considering they played it in San Diego less than two weeks ago!

I went back a ways on the MMJ archive and see it was played last night, 8/11/10 San Diego, 1/28/09 Melbourne, 12/28/08 Chicago, 10/2/08 Minneapolis, etc.  Still fairly rare and a first for me.

Has the Carl/sax bit been a part of it in recent years?  When I listen to TF, I can't say the song says, "I need sax!" though it worked beautifully last night.

They added the sax part for the online EP a year or so ago. The Live Las Vegas on. I like that version alot since the song is longer and the vocal parts are amazing. You're lucky to hear that song live!

I think its fair to say that they're not going to be replicating the sound of their earlier albums at T5, but playing them the way they want to play them NOW.

Then again, we could be completely surprised by very faithful, tight versions of the original album tracks.  We'll see...
The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.
