Other random thoughts-

the venue wasn't as bad as feared but I still don't think that's the full crowd

Hopefully was a song I hadn't focused on getting psyched about but thought it was awesome (that was the song Carl used the bow on)

Phone Went West had Johnny and was awesome.... VERY extended jam with lots of new bits

Not sure Cobra was 24 mins but it was close - much longer than the 08 version they played a few times.   This had all the bits including Jimmy's tapping and the weird lyrics at the end.   Also had a Bo solo, which I was happy to see.

New forum guy Joel is a keeper.

To anyone debating going to McGee's pre-show- definitely worth it.   The Jacket fans are the best.    Of course, it's a pain in the ass trying to remember 2 names for everyone.

good lord that was amazing .. the encore set was was almost like one big segue . Miss You > Cobra was killer. very spacey/trippy tonight. hopefully was BEYOND !!!!

jim was in a great mood. he kept coming in front of the speaker to grin at us and be sassy .... and who doesn't like a sassy JJ??!!

OH and posters sold out in like 15 minutes or less. we got in (was 30'something in line) .. got our spot and liz went to get a poster and they sold out 2 people in front of her.
