i'm in section 116, had tickets in 105 but my internet spazzed out and i lost em. But! i am going, so i'm excited  :D

I was able to get 2 GA tickets quite easily.  Like Eric, this will be my first trip to Louisville.

Well I know earxtacy was trying to score 200 more tix. And I also know that they're now selling floor tickets on TM til they sell out, they were discounted at ext though. So I'm sure everyone who cares enough to buy tickets today will get the floor tickets

The reserved seats were too far out for my liking. GA tixs were not available after 15 mins into the presale but by 10:30 I lucked up with 2 on the floor. Now they are sold out again!? What is up with that??

Curious to know how many the floor seats? I didn't have much of a problem, then again, I was refreshing like a madman at 9:59.

Oh, and like a couple others, this will also be my maiden voyage to Louisville. Can't wait.

For most shows, only a certain number of tickets are made available for each section during the presale.  This way, there will be tickets available during the public sale.

Btw, for shits and giggles I checked Ticketmaster and they are selling upper level seats.Pulled section 324 row A. I hope they fill a bunch of the upper sections.

Any advice on where to stay, what to see, and where to eat would be greatly appreciated.  Also, when do you think people will start lining up outside the arena?

I got to EarXtacy at 9:00 and was 45th in line.  I couldn't believe it.  I got two on the floor.  Saw Flyguy who was further back in line but was able to get tickets.  John Timmons made a point to say that it was only because the band is so great that they were able to do a presale at the store, ticketmaster doesn't allow anywhere but ticketmaster outlets (normally).  I thought that was cool.  I'm looking forward to seeing how many tickets get sold.

There's an ad on local tv in Louisville  promoting the show, I haven't seen it yet I've just had a friend tell me about it. Has I else seen it??

I just got a room at The Brown for $99 plus fees on Hotwire.  This is a pretty good deal considering that rooms start at $209 plus fees on The Brown's website.  It is a Four Diamond AAA hotel and is pretty swanky if you like to roll like that every once and a while...

I got there right at 9:30 and was 67th in line (give or take).  By the time I bought mine there was still a two inch stack of tickets on the counter.  I also thought that it was great that John Timmons let us start buying well before 10.

I don't know who you ar flyguy, but glad you got your tickets too! to clarify, I know who he is becuase he described himself before the lex opera house show, and i saw him there and then again at ear x tacy.

I was congratulating you since I had razzed earlier you about sneaking into GA and now you don't have to.
