MMJ in Rock Band or Guitar Hero 3?

Anyway one of you industrious fellows may be able to find this out?

I know that they will not be on either of the games when they ship, but both games are offering downloadable content and I know that Sony/BMG signed on to provide their artist catalogs to these games (or at least to Rock Band).

You think the management would know?

I'd love to rip up some MMJ tunes on either of these games!!!
