Here is a magazine that you should check out.  It is PACKED with information on bands like GBV, Idlewild, Modest Mouse, etc.  You litterally can read for a week straight and still not get through it.  I am pretty sure you can get a subscription on line or perhaps check out a magazine store and get lucky.
