Hey, this is extremely late, but Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds were awesome. Those people who think he has become soft should see him live, he's still a develish rocker!

I think he surprised some people who came to hear Into My Arms ;D. The Bad Seeds are an amazing band, and with the gospel singers, some wall of sound. And we got Red Right Hand, Deanna and The Mercy Seat! Pretty cool

This mix tape I made back in 2000 and found in my car Monday night on my way back from a final exam @ UK (the Univ. of Kentucky):

(Okay, so I was sneaky and looked at some of your other mixes.  I didn't even know there was a website for that kind of thing - very cool.  And, wow.  It's Hard to Watch Her.  Dude.  I'm teary.  You put Mark Mothersbaugh on there!  along with many others.  How fun is that?)

marktwain

I am a big fan of "art of the mix"- it's a fun way to kill time when I'm not on this message board.  And if you want the perfect mix, but you are lacking inspiration, try this one: http://www.tinymixtapes.com/amg/

It's like a whole new world!  Wow.  You know I am going to be addicted to this "other people's mixed cd" stuff now for at least a month.

Currently listening to the JGB 'Don't Let Go' from 1986. Wow! Some outstanding solos from The Man.

one of my favorite things about Garcia was his constant changing things up so the magic was always new and different.
