i'm pretty sure they read it daily, well at least Bo and Patrick  do.

after the Wilco show i told them i was specialist they mentioned something that i had posted a day earlier.

you have to blow some roadies.  its a time honored tradition.  i get to talk to them after every show.  lets just say their roadies LOVE me.  this was much easier back in the day when they were their own roadies.  then i got to meet and blow them all at the same time.  good times.

yeah, Tommy drops in here and there too. I met him at bonnaroo and told him I was on the boards, the dude with the Mullet icon, and he said "oh yeah". So that's frickin sweet.

i just went behind the Palace and waited...Jeff Tweedy was the first I met, then Tommy, then the rest of Wilco, then Patrick and Bo, and finally Jim...it was unreal seeing all of them but especially Jim, not that i favor him over the rest of MMJ, but it is so ausome hearing the voice that you hear every day two feet away from you and interacting with them. In fact i didn't talk to Jim for too long, i talk to Patrick and Bo for a very long time. Usually i'm a laid back guy and am embarrassed   to ask questions, but not that night.  Hopefully Jim doesn't think i was rude by asking "Why Z?" he answered with a friendly "Why not?"  I'm still bummed about missing Carl.

ok, if we combine our experiences, we can say we met all of them.   :)   i met carl inside the palace which ended up being before the big encore.  i had just put on my new ISM shirt, the one with the bear, because i didnt want to carry it around.  i told him excellent show, and he said excellent shirt.  that was really about it, but he was with his girlfriend too.  i talked to jim for a few minutes after knoxville, and i shook hands with tommy and said about 3 words after the asheville show.  bo and patrick, watch out!   :)

i was at a party that both jim and tommy were at just a few weekends ago.  ill totally let you touch my arm for $5.  

also jims pubic hair is $20 per piece.  each piece is placed in a small vial connected to an imitation gold chain so you can keep it close.  who needs an autograph when you have authentic pubes?

in all seriousness though.  these guys are some of the nicest most laid back people you will ever meet.  just all around cool dudes.  its refreshing to see someone reach this level of "fame" without becoming an asshole or really even changing at all.  its kinda wierd to see people hit them with the "oh my god they are unapproachable stars" treatment...but at the same time they do deserve it in a way.  its fun to see them play outside of the louisville area and see all the hot girls screaming "i love you" and just watching people gush over them.
