i use photobucket.com. it's a free account and i upload pics there and it automatically gives you a URL and a photo tag for the picture. the tag can be used in the forums like this that need the specific code. i just copy and paste the tag it gives me and the picture shows up.

Or, if you only know the url, you can use the little box that has the little picture of the trees in a pictureframe, and plus in the url between the code.

You can find the url by right clicking on the picture you want and selecting 'properties'.

after all the blah blah code, and it says URL do you have to put '=' and then the url of the pic, or wot?

oh ok, so take out the actual URL letters that are in there?

Yep. Overtype it with the url that you've copied. That's how I do it.
