hahahaha!!  No.  I'm not a boy, and I've never ever had leather pants in my entire life.  I did, however, have a couple of leather skirts.  And at one point I counted that over 75% of my wardrobe was made from velvet (10% being made from lace).  

But no leather pants.  I do have a couple of girlfriends who have leather pants.  And still wear them.  I knew a guy who used to wear PVC pants.  But they don't work too well on the dance floor.  A little sweaty, apparently... ;)
