It was and i thought pretty smooth transition as well! Will update 2morrow about my experience/experiences, wish you all could have been there with us!!
One small thing that made my girl real happy was the fact that i tried to get her a set list from the sound guy, but one of the security workers blocked off that area for most of the show even though they had sold seats to that one row behind the sound station, however i had asked her if she could ask the sound guy if she could get the set list for my girl whom i had taken to the show for her birthday and she said sure after the show. Long story short we got sniped by some other guy whom she had stopped from going to the sound guy. Although she was not letting anyone get to that row unless they were their seats. This guy walked around the other side and sniped it. I still said thank you to the nice lady for asking and trying to make my girls night and birthday a little more special.
However end result we went down to stage after and some other Birthday girl got the last set list, good for her though and i mean it, she seemed real sweet and happy to get it.
However when we were about to leave a stage hand threw out some green Circuital guitar picks with the Eye on one side and a signature by a fellow named Jim James #34!!! It made her birthday that much better, she was just so happy to have gone to the show and that was a little cherry on top for her.
Done rambling for the time being, and shall be back sometime this week for a full update.
Karma :) :-*
Whoever put that setlist together needs to give themselves a good pat on the back. It's looks amazing on paper, I'm sure it was ridiculous live... WOW...
that. was. awesome.

Poster had a bears head near the top of the poster with the skyline of Philly buildings in the main and bottom part of the poster.
Poster was done but Dumbgun and they were all sold out by the time the merch table was closing.
It was a lithograph EDIT: exactly was a silkscreen confirmed by the artists themselves numbered to i believe 175 or so, not too sure about the edition run size though. The merch guys had it mislabeled as a screenprint and one of the merch guys was a real d*ck.

Dude, that has to be a dream for you. I want a Cardinals one. I know you are a Phillies fan but I love that you love MMJ and PJ so you make me want to cheer for Philly in the playoffs. Philly really does have some awesome PJ fans....and MMJ fans. Might need to visit one day. Plus I like Cheesestake and Bells with cracks in them.
So what's the thing that looks like a baseball card and where can I get my hands on one? :embarassed:
It WAS a baseball card and they only gave it out to people with beards. Check the other thread.......

Yes please!! I didn't get one last night.
Oooooooooo that show hurt. Carl was on fire. Kneeling at the edge of the stage, completely ripping his guitar in two. Jims moves during Cobra?!?! :D Anytime AND Lay Low!!!
I have to give major, MAJOR props to that Philly crowd. Fantastic crowd to be in. Not a single glow stick in sight. ::)
we were dead center about 8 or 9 rows back. I have to say each time I see these guys they exceed my expectations. I never expected such a diverse setlist including personal favs lay low, phone and cobra!
Jim and Carl were shredding and melting my face off the entire night... off the record, dondante, lay low, phone, anytime, the way he sings, black metal and OBH were all absolutely absurbly epic.
Honestly I don't know how they play for almost 3 hours like that at one point i think 4 or 5 songs blended into eachother. I turned to my wife and said they just played their main set from 8:45 until 11:00pm! Longest main set I have ever seen I think. All in all finished up just short of a massive 3 hour show. I was sooooo tired afterwards like I had run a marathon. To sum it up MMJ blew my face apart last night.
p.s why were so many empty chairs and so many people left early?????

Dan----this was one of the highlights of the night, seeing you just bust a move up there! loved it! i have tried that once or twice, and been unsuccessful, so happy to see you get up there.
Well, well, well...what to say, what to say, that hasn't already been said over and over and over? I continue to be amazed by the energy that they give out every single show. Amazed. We were third row, left, with a full on Carl view. He was bringin it big time, and I just love watching his eyes roll around when he is whaling.
Cobra was freaking sensational. The moves and the music were nearly too much to bear. I loved looking back at J_Rud when we realized what was coming....and then Phone was literally - off the hook. Dondante was gorgeous. My head nearly exploded during Highly Suspicious - literally. I think I will surely have long term hearing loss after that....
So, to summarize - here are my highlights:
-seeing my "tribe" in the parking lot - all of you, love you all.
-stagger's bruschetta
-meeting mrs. magh33ta
-eric's american cheese
-Ky's red shoes
-baseball cards upon entry (WHAT???? - so cool)
-seeing Dan from SanFran
-looking back lovingly at Ky who was too far away :(
-Dondante
-Cobra
-PWW
-Neko duet -- and especially the cracking of champagne as it was neko's last nite on tour
-watching everyone take a swig of the bubbly
-GiventoFly crashing the stage for OBH
Lowlight:
-3 hours to get home due to massive delays on NJ turnpike.
Have a great day folks, and if you think yesterday dragged -- buckle up for this long day!

that was me! although the roadie kept pointing out to give to me (he threw it to me) not sure why he felt the need to wad it up first, though, but he's the guy who gave me my T5 lists and my L-ville list last year so....
okay, between those of us who got extra cards, we're trying to make sure we got everyone covered. i'll keep you posted! my friend got some extras, trying to get a hold of him,..
also, call the Mann Center---they had STACKS of those, if they didn't throw them away, i'm sure they have them, just a thought..
Other than Red Rocks and a couple of the T5 nights, last night was probably the most fun I've had at a Jacket show EVER.
Ynwa and I jumped into the front row once Cobra started and it was a huge dance party from there. Got to high five Jim and managed to shower this AM without washing my hand! (harder than it looks)..kept trying to get ericm to saunter up and over, but he was rocking out HARD in the 2nd row and was mesmerized by CARL!
-Loved seeing Giventofly run across the stage and shoo-ed back...it was the 'i know him!' moment, like a proud mother hen, great to see J Rud, too...
-great to see Tube Top and Danz and his fancy hair in from CA!
-TMP2 into Cobra, incredible version of Phone Went West
-Jim had some dance moves I hadn't seen before, not as many high kicks, but more of a bust a soul move type of dancing...
-the Mann Center is an awesome/beautiful venue
-Neko sing that man man man man man man EATERRRRR...song, thought of MJK the whole show (and his love of Neko and all red heads)
-meeting up with all my MMJ buddies, mr and mrs peafunk, Ghosts, Ghostess, meeting Mrs. Mahgeeta
-unable to move my upper body today, what happened in that front row and during Black Metal? wow...
-the people beside me in the front row didn't know a ton about the band (someone's dad was a donor) but by the end of the show, they were complete converts! they were so much fun..
-2 hours 40 min, so glad i went....devastated to miss merriweather but this was something special....i hope they announce a NYC show soon.
PS yes we got stuck in that turnpike BS--sat for an hour not moving..got in a little after 3, struggling today ....hang in there people!!

She can sing to me whatever she wants. Tellin you, I want to be her personal roadie.
Absolutely insane show. I think that was the most energetic performance I've ever seen from them. They added so many riffs and flourishes to their songs. The riff in The Way that He Sings before the 2nd verse was awesome and that 15 min Dondante equipped w/ speed metal breakdown and sax explosion was epic. Lay Low was just nuts and Phone Went West was sublime.
All in all, a great nearly 3 hr show and the baseball cards upon entry were cool as hell too. The crowd was really good from where I was at, but I did notice many people leaving early too, which is puzzling given how great of show it was.
Cheers to all who were there to experience an amazing night!
I haven't been here in years. Good to get back. This was my tenth MMJ show and excluding Radio City and MSG this was by far the most epic in a scale and in energy. Circuital tracka are KILLER live. So glad we got the medley WITH COBRA. Different vibe than usual as me and my pals laid out on the lawn but we just HAD to get up and WAIL for OBH. Awesome awesome show and my group had a good mix of jacketeers and virgins. Anyone else on the lawn notice Carl's guitar being inaudible during Don Dante? Only complaint of the show (that song gets exponentially bigger each time I see it) PS I have one, possibly two extra baseball cards if anyone wants. Also any chance I can get one of those deer head edit: Seems the deer head print was from cinci? Why did the merch table have it hanging up? Anyone got a pic of the actual print? prints online somewhere or did they sell out?
Just a few thoughts from the show as the caffeine finally kicks into my system, charging up the brain...
-The Mann...beautiful venue. Would go back anytime. The sound was incredible! Carl's sax solo at the end of Dondante bounced around that place and it sounded like heaven.
-Jim's little jam in the middle of Golden. I tend to tune the song out, but he stepped away from the mic and had this nice little moment. He doesn't normally do that, right? Either way...killer.
-danz and tube top were a nice long-distance surprise!
-eric, j_rud, dan, tdb, bobster, penny, ynwa, peafunk and his lovely wife, ghosts, janecool, bluesky, fiddle, bill and all the other folks i said hi to. great to see you there!
-standing with eric and dan in my line of vision and watching them rock the hell OUT! eric represented crispy well with multiple jazz hands
-random high fives from the strangers around me...thank you philly for restoring my faith in the jacket concert-goers
-carl smiled. at least twice that i saw!
-cobra...KILLED IT! way to shake those hips, jim. also, i could pick out the 30 people scattered throughout the crowd who were excited when this song started...haha.
-the love between neko, her band and mmj during the duet. they toasted each other and gave many hugs when the song ended. very sweet.
-overall amazing and a wonderful way to end this tour (for me anyway). thank you to everyone on this forum who has made these jacket shows/trips so meaningful and amazing. you're wonderful people and i cannot say it enough. thank you. i hope the next date announced is for new years...see you all there!!!!

Totally agree Penny!
I didn't think any show could come close to a couple of T5's or Red Rocks, but last night is right up there. Great to know that I quite possibly haven't seen my best Jacket show yet. I don't mean that in a negative way, just that I didn't think any show could ever come close to those, and last nights was like...hold on a second there's room for more! These guys never cease to amaze me, and keep me wanting to come back, and get blown away over, and over!
The setlist last night was stacked with great tune after great tune. Cobra and PWW had me in the stratosphere! I loved the little changes and different riffs we got in what seemed like several tunes. Especially loved Jim sauntering over Carl's side during Golden and giving us a perfect view of his accoustic playing talent, and the different take on his solo. Almost seemed a little calypso like to me. Can't wait to hear a recording of this show.
Very true about JJ's dance moves, he definitely seemed a bit more like he was really groovin' to me. I thought he seemed to really be into the the crowd up front, and I totally dug all the hand shakes, fist bumps, and interactions he was having. I've seen him do that before, just seemed like he did a bit more of it last night. Maybe it had something to do with all the good looking women up front!
The Mann is a great venue, and would love to go back there again. Especially if I can be in that glorious pit. Roll Call came through BIG time for us!!
A special thank you to a generous forum member who came through for me big time with an extra ticket. It was much appreciated, and couldn't have worked out any better for us. I hope your long ride home wasn't too bad, and I'll be sure and try to return the kindness someday.
It was great seeing all the people here I've come to be so fond of, and it just adds so much more to my whole concert experience. Thanks for sharing another great show, and looking forward to the next one.
Come on NYC show announcement!! I need another MMJ and forum friends fix already. ;)
good lord, what a night! on the one hand, it was one of my favorite shows to date because of the fellow super fans who were there, the set :o, the energy of the band, the badassery, and the feel-good vibe of the crowd. and then on the other hand there were so many other super fans who i wished could've been there to share in this amazing experience.
as always, it was fantastic to meet up & hang with the wonderful people from here. there never seems to be enough time with y'all. there were a few surprise appearances which was some really D-lish icing on that cake.
special thanks to ericm for the turkey & cheese sammy. not only did it hit the spot, but oh boy - that sure was some tasty bread.
penny - your upper body is giving you troubles today because you full-body rocked the fuck out THE WHOLE TIME!!! i was so excited for you when jim hi-fived you! sadly i took a mental picture only...
loved that giventofly buzzed the tower! that was awesome ;D i was like "hey... is thaaat???" and then security strong-armed you, unnecessarily of course.
umm, yes, jim showed off some new dance moves and they were pretty sassy. not quite beyonce, but all the same - i was NOT ready for his jelly & went ber-zerk.
the new converts in front of us were super cool. they kept trying to coax penny & me up throughout the night. well, all i'm gonna say is - a girl can take only so much... big thank you to those kids
i must admit that the seated aspect was neat-o. it was really nice not to have to get in line early & then run to try to get a decent spot. no boxing out necessary, no drunken fools invading my dance space. the only drawback to this arrangement was that the forum peeps were peppered throughout the crowd, as opposed to being all together.
it was a tad strange that the crowd thinned out so much as the night went on. at one point (before i jumped into the 1st row) i had probably 6 empty seats to my left and 4 to my right. not complaining tho!
got a setlist!
the drive home was extended by a full hour due to road constuction on the turnpike. seriously, who else needed to be on the roads @ that late hour beside me, the other nj/ny bound forum peeps & the truckers? wtf? i tried my best to not let it get to me, but i admit i had a few mini-meltdowns. watching the time tick by while the speedometer fluctuated between 0 and 2 mph was a bit much. got home a little after 3AM, alarm went off @ 5:35AM... eeked into work @ 7AM on the dot (totally forgot my tea on the kitchen counter) to start my 13 hr day. but a patient brought us brownies - so everything is a-okay
edit: added bonus, not sure why i failed to mention it... when they started TWTHS, jim walked to the front of the stage, amost directly in front of me & was looking out into the crowd in my general direction it seemed. i was so happy to hear this song, it holds a really special place in my heart, so i mouthed "thank you", not thinking he was looking at me. but he smiled, closed his eyes & nodded his head. pretty sure he DID see it! golden moment.

The power of the flying V compelled me.
I enjoyed the luxury of having seats, and was lucky to be in the pit, but honestly nothing beats the front row. It was the very end of OBH, and Jim was on the stage's edge jamming away, so I just had to be there. My stay in the front was short-lived, as I was whisked to outside the pit area quite quickly. I did a quick lap around the orchestra section and tried to make my way back to my seat, but the security lady at the entrance to the pit recognized me and wouldn't let me pass by. The guy who removed me from the front then made his way over with his finger pointed at me, so I got out of there lol

Worth it, no doubt! Oh, to see a vid of the front row dashing shenanigans.
during highly suspicious and OBH, the lights were hitting YY's flying V at the right angle so that it looked like light was shooting out of it towards the crowd.
What a freaking show. Great to see everyone after I missed Merriweather.

glad you recorded TWTHS - one of the better versions ive seen of this song. thank you.
Spectacular show as always! I have to say that this was my favorite of all the shows I attended this tour (I did not attend Red Rocks, unfortunately), and perhaps my favorite of all the times I've seen them including T5.
I thought the sound was excellent and the crowd was great and I can't thank ericm (and roll call) enough for the awesome seat! It was a pleasure rocking out with mymorningtubetop with ericm not far. I really like being on Carl's side, he is a joy to watch and when he was coming to the edge of the stage and rocking and kneeling down that was just so cool!!
Of course the highlight of my evening was when during Z, Jim came over to our side of the stage (which he did rather frequently I might add) and I extended my hand and he actually took it and held it for a little while as he sang - I thought at that moment I might levitate off the ground when that happened! What an incredible experience and I will never forget it as long as I live. (mmtubetop, if you do happen to find a pic please send it to me!) When the show was over I got to shake Carl's hand and also got one of his picks which I will also treasure.
I figured I would not rock out too much as I had to work today, but then I realized this show would probably be my last for a little while at least and commenced with the rocking out. I have to say I feel fine today other than my ears ringing - must have been the fact that I wore sensible shoes this time! ;D
As always it was great to see everybody and really hope somebody has an extra baseball card for me as I am also a Phillies fan so it would mean a lot to have that momento.
Until next time, it was a blast and I hope we all have many more fun times ahead with the greatest touring band out there right now! Here are a few of my pics, if I have time later I'll post more.

I have to give props to the crowd, everone around me was awesome.
Love the reviews (especially yours ynwa!) and so psyched for you guys who got to share all of the wonderful moments (and ESPECIALLY Jim & Penny's high five--you should have slipped a ring on his finger :o )
what a wonderful mmj summer this has been and it's really amazing to know that after all these many many shows in the past year or so, each and everyone continues to be special in their own right.
hope the afterglow lasts well beyond when the tired exhaustion of the post-show fades away.

You and the Mrs. were definitely missed...but hope you're having fun on your vacation.
Great pics, JaneCool!! :) I definitely saw that hand-holding moment and it was beautiful.
Gonna follow Ghosts' lead and give some more props to the crowd. Philly did it up right.
Oh man. Last night I was texting ynwa and said "one of you better get a setlist". I woke up this morning to a text on my phone saying "got one!" and a pic of my sis holding a setlist. So proud. Throughout the day I've been getting some snippets of what went down last night and I've been avoiding this thread like the plague all day. I'm so bummed that I couldn't be there--the worst part of it is that I thought I couldn't make it because of a work priority and I realized yesterday I could have totally made it work. Oh well. Not in the cards for me. So happy that you guys had such an amazing time! I know it was the last show on this tour for many of you and it really does warm my heart to know that it went out like a bang for you guys. I will keep praying that we get an nyc show announced soon so I can see all of your wonderful people in one place again!

Missed seeing you last night lil sis. Doesn't seem quite right looking at the stage and not seeing you right up front. ;) You'll be glad to know that your replacement really ROCKED THE HELL OUT,and did your seat (though it wasn't ever sat in) proud! 8)
I'm convinced that the good karma around here will come back to you, and it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see you pull some prime Roll Call seats for your next show or two. I hope to be right there next to you, but if not it'll be great as always seeing you and Liz rock the rail!
Here's to a NYC announcement soon.

that stinks, Lil Sis! you were definitely missed and i really appreciate you giving up your seat to me. i really did make the most of it! ;) i know we'll get something soon, i know it...
I've read a few reviews of shows I've missed that had such universal raves I wondered if everyone was in on a joke to make me feel bad for missing. Could everyone really all enjoy the same show that much? YES – Philadelphia WAS that good. WOW. Easily best show I've seen in 2011 and will have to let a little time pass before I figure out more than that.
Highlights:
- Seeing so many smiling faces and friends tailgating in the parking lot
- The first beer of the day from Trish and Bob
- Roll Call seating – thanks again!
- Watching ynwa and Penny rocking out the whole show directly in front of us
- When the above-mentioned turned it up an extra notch for Anytime
- When the above-mentioned magically appeared in the front row at some point in the concert
- Lay Low goodness
- Middle jam in TWTHSings
- Mrs Magh33ta having a great time (although Dondante still takes the wind out of her). She also mentioned "jim seems a little silly-dancing tonight" which I agreed with but better still, that she is starting to make such distinctions
- Seeing random people I recognize from the boards, either from meeting briefly at prior shows ("I think that's Danz") or never even meeting but just recognizing (that's j_rud from the merriweather picture)
- Cobra into movin away- bo getting a little spotlight / solo action
- gideon late in the show when I'm good and warmed up (actually thought they were closing w this before PWW hit)
- Great great setlist. Every MMJ show I've ever seen has had a new song for me. Was wondering if my streak would come to an end after many years and shows tonight but nope, got movin away for the first time. I've now seen all of Circuital so next show might be tough.
- Add back magheetah and swap Dondante for steam engine and that would have been the perfect show, pretty much. Still was fantastic- just seemed to go on and on with great song after great song. Getting anytime/lay low early and then that whole run at the end was just ridiculous.
Does this Neko Case tweet refer to any of you peeps??????

There were two camera operators, one stage right and one stage right. Not sure what that was about though.
lawn screens?

I enjoyed the luxury of having seats, and was lucky to be in the pit, but honestly nothing beats the front row. It was the very end of OBH, and Jim was on the stage's edge jamming away, so I just had to be there. My stay in the front was short-lived, as I was whisked to outside the pit area quite quickly. I did a quick lap around the orchestra section and tried to make my way back to my seat, but the security lady at the entrance to the pit recognized me and wouldn't let me pass by. The guy who removed me from the front then made his way over with his finger pointed at me, so I got out of there lol
I know your username well but we haven't had the good chance to meet yet. Just wanted to say your dash across the row was one of the highlights for me that night, before I even learned that I "knew" you. You had such a look of arm-pumping pure joy it made me laugh.

friends, it doesn't get better than The MANN. This was my 4th Jacket show this year, and dang-it I am still on cloud-9 three days later. as i have mentioned on this forum before, i work production at The MANN every blue moon or so and this was just incredible. Since the venue has re-worked its booking (Go AEG Live, GO!) there have been some amazing memories but this takes the cake. DCFC opening with "I will possess your heart" in '08, David Byrne in '09, Passion Pit dance-party & the theatre that is live Arcade Fire in '10, 3 epic Further shows this summer and last...nothing touches Tuesday's gig.
Hahaha Thanks for posting that video... a little out of character for me, but no better way to end a tour.
oh my... i never know what i'm doing at these shows, but i always leave a hot sweaty mess ;D thank god penny likes to rock out too!

Up until the late 90's the Mann was the spot for outdoor ampitheatre concerts in Philly. Then they built that crap hole over in Camden adn all the bands starting playing there. It's really good to see in the last 2 years that the Mann is making a come back. Would love to see MMJ return for a show next year. What a great scene; between the preshow get togethers outside to the great vibe on the inside, amazing venue. I am so happy to see it making a valiant come back.

love seeing the floor jumping like that! got so wrapped up in the song that dan's run surprised me when it happened. FANTASTIC!
dude, sometimes one is just moved to act.
also: watching that video of OBH i kept thinking, "oh, that's what's going on." b/c when you're in it, you're IN it. ;D
by the way, another highlight I forgot to mention. Sat next to (by chance) Mr Whippy, a forum member who mostly lurks. Nice guy, and very knowledgable. He should post more. I respect a guy who fights DC earthquake traffic to make a show.
i thought it was funny when jim said the mann center reminded him of a giant church.
Amazing show. I NEED that baseball card. Please tell me someone has an extra that they would be kind enough to send my way.
Hahahaha, Kyle that video is so awesome!
YouAre GivenToFly... you simply must make it your mission to do that at every show now - classic! ;D
And I can see myself jumping up and down for a few seconds all the way to the left a little after the one minute mark, simply love Carl's energy on this one! What a fantastic show, can't wait to see them and all of you again!!
OMG, such a classic moment with Dan flying up there! Nicely done young man, nicely done! That was fantastic!

I know your username well but we haven't had the good chance to meet yet. Just wanted to say your dash across the row was one of the highlights for me that night, before I even learned that I "knew" you. You had such a look of arm-pumping pure joy it made me laugh.
Here for all to enjoy at 4:00 or so (ps props to ynwa and penny for rockin' too)

Aww Man! Finally got around to seeing this video. YAGTF! Rock n' Roll! And yeah Penny and ynwa! Now you're talkin' my language!
Ruckus--i learned it by watching YOU, okay..i learned it by watching YOU
damn first time i watched it, 2 observations--1. i look like a retarded monkey dancing (that's srsly offensive to retarded monkeys) and 2. Giventofly you are my hero.....! that was a kick ass move...glad you felt compelled to do that..
I'm not so sure, Penny. To me, it looks like you & ynwa are simply rocking the fuck out! Now if you would've seen my furious air guitar spasms on the lawn, you would have thought that I'm missing a chromosome or 2 :P
OK kids, no promises here but I may have access to a good supply of the MANN baseball cards in early September. Its basically a 50/50 shot but I won't know until i work my next show there which is a few weeks away. If you want 1 and have yet to secure one through the board please send me a message on the board with your postal address. I'm gonna send them off in a 1st come 1st serve manner, out of towners feel free to write too but i'm not made of money and the stamps could get costly. I'm comfortable with sending out 20 cards (if i am so lucky to get that many), past that we'll have to see the overall response and take it from there. 8)

pretty incredible show. didn't get to meet any of you besides eric_m, who i gave my extra to. but i was right there with all of you in the pit and made it to the front for obh. can not wait for nyc.
I heart that one of Tommy (JJ is awesome too)
We were watching the new Eddie Vedder live DVD last night, and at the end there's a scene where he's meeting fans outside the venue. One guy gives him an Ernie Banks baseball card and they chat for a sec.
My wife says "that's the guy that was directly in front of us at the MMJ show in Philly". We rewind and watch again - I think it is... can't tell for sure (how would I even remember?)... watch again- the guy's wearing an MMJ shirt in the movie... must be him. Damn amazing call by Mrs Magh33ta - she should be an air marshall or something.
Anyway, no idea if that guy is on the forum, but amazing coincidence.

Hey Josh,
Those pics are fine man.
Thanks again for the ticket. Very cool of you to keep it in the forum family, and only ask face value for it when I'm sure you could've gotten more by scalping it. 8) Where that seat ended up pretty much blew me away, and it's a show I'll never forget.
It was great to see you make a move to the 1st row, and get a roaring OBH from there. Hope to see you again at a show sometime, and if I can ever return the favor, I surely will.

it was really good.... I bought it a while back too but hadn't gotten around to it.... but stuck inside from Irene, seemed like a good call. Very enjoyable - the guy can flat out sing and is a mesmerizing front man (like someone else we all like )
i can't stop watching my youtube vids. man i wish there was a recording. :( :( :( :( :'( :'( :'(
I wish I could go back to about 4:30 that afternoon and do it all again.

So cool to read this after going thru all the Philly show recaps. Mrs. Magh33ta must have an incredible visual memory....... sounds like you were up front in Orchestra A on the aisle (Jim's side) witnessing an insane show. I got a kick out reading your post and the double take you did while watching the EV DVD. I did a triple take when I saw it for the first time as I was stunned to see myself. The forum is great as I love reading posts from people passionate about MMJ and reading that some of those same people also love PJ. I hope to be seeing those bands for many, many years to come.

;D ;D thank you all for all your highlights!
can't wait to get the full scoop on dan's front row dash!
danz made the trip!
no glow sticks!
I did a quick lap around the orchestra section and tried to make my way back to my seat, but the security lady at the entrance to the pit recognized me and wouldn't let me pass by. yep, eric let me know you and tubetop needed one, still waiting to get them from billinCt..
I remember that you had mentioned that you may have one for me a few days after the show, so if you could let me know either way if you have an extra for me that would be much appreciated?! Thanks
yep, i just sent bill a text asking him to check tonight...i'm sure he has at least 3 or 4 because i stuffed them in his pocket myself. get back about this ASAP!
i'd be willing to send someone a SASE if they had an extra card to spare.
