QuoteWhat's POUTINE?
French fries, cheese curds and gravy.  The most delicious combination ever.

edit: 777!  I should hit up Vegas.

It's very popular, and served nearly everywhere.  Nearly every mom and pop restaurant that serves french fries serves poutine.  Most fast-food chains sell it, except McDonald's.  Burger King, KFC, and A&W all sell it.  Some places it's not very good, but when it's good, it's great.

There's this one restaurant about 10 minutes from here that makes it like lasagna, so it's baked in an oven.  Absolutely mind-blowing delicious.  Pretty much my favourite meal to eat anywhere.

.Walt

so what you're saying is the canadian stoners eat like kings?

They sure do!

I forgot to thank my great country for Cadence Weapon.  He's so great.

QuoteYou have got to love the double-denim.

I took quite a ribbing from my family last fall when I arrived unprepared for a cold front and ended up walking around the campus of MIZZOU in double denim!   :D

I'm kicking myself for not adding:

The Kids In The Hall
Gilles and Jacques Villenuve (F-1 drivers)
Sandra Oh (Grey's Anatomy, Sideways)
Molly Parker (Deadwood)
Liona Boyd (classical guitarist)
Morley Safer (60 Minutes)
Michael Bublé
Ian & Sylvia Tyson
Hank Snow

Note: The closer you get to Quebec, the better the poutine.

TEO

I really think I would like poutine if I could just get past the appearance.

I'd never heard of poutine before this thread, but now I really want to try.  Too bad it's so regional and not near mt area.  ;D :) >:( :(

You can make it yourself. Get some mozerella cheese curds (some restaurants use grated mozerella), beef or chicken gravy (I like both, but beef is more common) and french fries - I'd fry them, but baked taste pretty good - regular cut - none of those fucking coated fries either.

Add the cheese first (after the fries are done), then pour the gravy on top. Add pepper if you want. Enjoy.
