I feel you, kory!  I'm just up the road from you...Indianapolis, here. It's hot and humid here too. I HATE IT.

Three freakin' weeks before Halloween and I'm not even in the mood to decorate!  Where's the 65 degrees and chilly weather?

Saturday afternoons in the fall are for college football, jeans and chili making, as far as I'm concerned...not dragging out my damned capri pants AGAIN and wearing the same short-sleeved shirts I've been wearing since April.

Ugh.
Come to the dark side...we have cookies.

The Ohio valley area (as well as many other areas) are getting that well deserved break starting today... It's somewhere in the 70's outside with a chilly wind blowing through the air. I'm so happy!

ahh, we hit the 40's last night and my house is freezing. I'm enjoying this as well as taking the load off my AC unit. Sorry to those further north but I was only wishing for the inevitable, albeit late.

Got our first snowfall today!  Normally we have snow by Halloween, but we're a bit late this year.  At about half an inch, and still coming down.  It's just barely below freezing, I love Winter days like this.

Still in the 60's mid to late November! Been able to wear T shirt while working on leaves most afternoons. Seems bizarre.

Canadian measure indeed!  Something like -24, and with the wind chill -34.

I do love a Canadian winter though - I don't feel bad when I stay in all the time, cause I'm not missing out on beautiful weather.  But sometimes (a lot) it's just too cold).

How crazy cold does it get in T.O.?  Keep the jive alive!

saskatchewan is crazy.  hey who won the grey cup, btw?  i was rooting for you guys, even though i know nothing about football, let alone canadian football.

-34 feels like a very very cold temp.  it gets cold here, but i don't think it gets that cold.  certainly not in november.  jaimoe can probably answer that better than i.

last year at this time i remember wearing my spring jacket in the park.  nutters.

Winters in Southern/Eastern Ontario don't get too cold anymore, certainly not -34 Celsius. I believe Toronto had a month of cold at the end of January into February last year. The worst it got was around -18 to -20, not including the wind-chill. BTW my American friends, -34 Celsius is -29 Farenheit. Yep, the Prairie Provinces can get awfully cold awfully early.
