-4 loads laundry
-bean & bacon soup cooking in the slow-cooker
-all dishes

-laying on the couch, watching the curtains billow in the warm breeze, listening to andrew bird and thinking about going for a beer.

Running in 2-3 inches of snow on top of well cared for grass has taken care of my shin splints.

I just had a conference call with some dudes for a hospital I'm working on. This one guy was asking us, that as we design his med gas system, to allow for a secure place for his nitrous oxide tanks. He says that some of his employees "like reggae" and have been known to"walk off with his tanks, damn hippies"... ;D  ;D  ;D

hey Teo, do you roll your ankles before you run? this cured mine years ago and my dad's a cross country coach and has his runners do it at least 30 times each direction before each run. shin splints are the worst and impossible to get rid of unless you do this (i have found)
