No apology needed Fully. It's all good.

Why does this conversation sound familiar? ;D

Haha. You're asking me? I have a tough enough time remembering what day it is lately. ;)   I've got Springsteen show fever, and whenever another thought enters my mind lately, it's been kicked out real quick in favor of " Bruce shows coming soon, Bruce shows coming soon" over and over. ;D

Pretty hard for me going over blue prints, and getting proposals together when Bruce and MMJ shows are looming. I find myself having to triple check my numbers that I have triple checked at least three times already!  ;D See what I mean? I can't even make a coherent sentence. :)

...when Tom's bass causes invitro fertilization and you don't even have a womb.

...when Carl's guitar causes you to look at the guy next to you and smile.

....when Bo's playing dirty.

...when Patrick's smile can be seen from the balcony.

...when Jim's voice makes you think of Angels.

....when Jim is doing that stanky leg dance he does.

...when they jam a little longer and groove a little groovier.

Right on, Fully.  Well said.
Give me a butt load of reverb on this one - just pile it on.

When my five-year-old nephew asks what "empire" they're referring to, and they've become his favorite band and he's going to be seeing them at Jazzfest (and I'm not - ouch.)  Kid knows how to pick a good one...
anything + reverb always = better

I wish that worked with my kids. They are in the "hate it because mom likes it" stage - middle school kids can be such fartbutts.

You know it's a good MMJ song when...

...Carl rocks himself horizontal (memories of Mahgeetah at Merriweather, 2010)

...Jim rocks the donkey head (memories of Off the Record in Philly, 2010)
My heart can't wait to meet you on the other side.

You need not admit a thing when you're sporting some Urinators!

Peafunk Baby Watch? How's it going!?  ;)

We found out last Friday that we are having a baby girl! Pretty insane as Mrs. Peafunk was positive baby Peafunk was a boy.

Unfortunately, we also found out on Tuesday that baby Peafunk has a heart defect. The 2 main arteries that exit the heart (1 takes oxygen rich blood to the body & the other goes to the lungs to be replenished with oxygen) are switched. As it is now, the arteries are reversed. It was an extreme shock when we found out. A few days after baby Peafunk is born she will have heart surgery. The procedure is not uncommon & the success rate is 98% - 99%. After meeting with the medical staff at CHOP we are feeling better about the news. CHOP is one hell of a hospital & the doctor was very reassuring. We are feeling confident that things will work out well.

Thanks for thinking of us & baby Peafunk, Penny!

98-99% success rate sounds great to me...the heart is one of those things they can do amazing things with...my uncle's had a pig valve for most of his life! ..we'll continue to think good thoughts for baby girl Peafunk...(incidentally Peafunk is NOT a bad name for a little girl rapper).

headhunter

Good luck Peafunk.  Hopefully all will be fine and not have any long-term impact.  Learning how to worry is unfortunately part of the training for Parenthood.  It starts at (or usually before) birth and never really goes away.

Sending out positive vibes and wishing you both all the best.
was some shakin' and some record playin'

I'm glad the drs. know what they are dealing with and can fix it. Headhunter is correct about parents worrying about their kids. I hope everything goes well and may your child be healthy and happy and be a great sleeper.
