It wasnt all that difficult, people were pulling GA's two hours after they went on sale.

I got right center row v tickets. The problem, they gave me seats 8 and 10.

Ticketfly informed me via twitter that Merriweather Post Pavilion right center seats are even numbers only. I guess I have to sit with my wife after all.

you will probably be able to find 2 GA tix for face on here @ some point.  however, if you're nervous about waiting, maybe have another look @ that travel package deal.  it's down from $499 to $429  for 2 tix (earlier the site said "your choice GA or PAV")

breakdown (rounded up) now looks like:
$429 total (2 ppl) --- $215 per person
$108 tix (2) --- $54 per person
$121.50 room (2 ppl) --- $61 per person
$50 - poster (2) --- $25 per person
$149.50 - pre party (2 ppl) --- $74.76 per person

There is also a bus to/from the hotel and show.   That's worth something- especially after drinking or tired.

why, yes it is...  i'd totally go for this if i was confident that my friend won't flake out on me.  she's the perfect P.I.C. for a gig so will always have 1st dibs.  but flaking out last min has been increasing within the last year.  life stuff.  just can't swing the whole thing myself at this time.  i'm gonna keep my eye on the link tho - if they aren't selling well the price may come down more & then maybe it'll be more in my price range.

Hey guys!  I did some "undercover" research and this is what the current ticket situation at Merriweather looks like (as of 2:30 pm ET).  Grey are reserved seats, red are sold seats, teal are pending sales, and blue are available seats.

I made it from the 30 or so different ticketing sections they have available for Merriweather on the Ticketfly website.  Took me awhile, but it looks nice.  Pretty good sales for the first 4 or so hours.  BTW, I think the GA tickets are sold out.
