Yeah, I gotta give some kudos to Shanahan for that, but they still got fuckin' lucky. They shouldn't even have had the chance to go for 2 because they clearly turned the ball over right before that.

2 Point Conversion....Fuck yeah!

Damn, that sounded like a hell of a game. Cutler's a stud...I've been stuck at work all day, so I don't know how played, but he's already looking like one of the best in the league.

I was looking for a good "Fuck the Broncos" graphic to shoot your way, but found this instead:

;D I'm still cracking up five minutes after I found it!

HA!!! Nice...that shit is too funny!  ;D

Ho hum so fuckin' original.
Did I hit an exposed nerve?

Brady isn't really hurt. A "season ending injury" is the best scenario the "genius" could come up with for the shitty season the patsies will have this year, minus their ability to cheat.

Here's their remaining schedule. Figure if they get 10 wins, they're in (meaning 8 now since they are 2-0):

Sun 9/21       Miami
Sun 10/5       at San Francisco
Sun 10/12       at San Diego
Mon 10/20       Denver
Sun 10/26       St. Louis
Sun 11/2       at Indianapolis
Sun 11/9       Buffalo
Thu 11/13       NY Jets
Sun 11/23       at Miami
Sun 11/30       Pittsburgh
Sun 12/7       at Seattle
Sun 12/14       at Oakland
Sun 12/21       Arizona
Sun 12/28       at Buffalo

The bold games are "sure" wins, IMO. They will most likely be 4-0  going into San Diego. That means they would have to finish 6-6 to make the playoffs. The Hoodie is flexing his defensive muscle and Matt Cassel ain't Tom Brady, but he will do enough and play smart enough, to get them to the playoffs. I could not believe all the silly folks at ESPN picking the Jets to win yesterday.

Now I'm no Pats fan, just a Saints fan who knows a thing or two about the NFL. If I were a betting man, I would lay money on the Pats making the playoffs.

No you hit nothing.  The jealous losers always cling to some excuse for their team sucking.  In this case they (including you) are so jealous of the Pats success that they try to diminish their acheivements by sayin it came via "cheating".

OK--tell me ONE instance in which the Patriots cheated (like stealing another team's actual playbook with signals etc.).  Know what you can't!  Know why BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T!
If you're going to hang your hat on the instance of game 1 of the 2007 vs the Jets here's an update (in case you missed the well documented facts of the day):
The rules about videotaping on the sidelines changed at the end of the '06 season--somebody missed the memo in the Pats video dept. obviously.  The taper was removed in the 1st quarter and the tape confiscated so NOBODY EVER SAW IT!  The Pats and Head Coach were heavily penalized, for violating a NEW rule, by the league.  None of the other allegations about the Pats that jealous losers have trotted have been proven to be factual--ergo they are nothing but whiny rants from losers whose teams are not in the same league.
P.S.--there was also no "footage of the Rams walkthrough in '01"

Please start telling all your teams to start practicing harder and maybe they can keep up with New England ;D
Sittin' here with me and mine.  All wrapped up in a bottle of wine.

And thus my distain for the Pats.

God bless football, best of luck to everybody this season.

Things are looking bad for my Bengals.  I really thing people are really underestimating how bad they are this year.  Pretty soon they will be mentioned among Oakland, St Louis, and Kansas City as one of the leagues worst teams.  Fire Marvin now!

Philly vs. Dallas

Good game so far...actually one of the only early season NFL games I've been able to see that isn't a blowout or really, really boring.

Buffalo, Arizona, and the next Jets game are definitely not "sure" wins. All three teams are getting better.

I'm surprised that Lewis hasn't been able to get a good defense there with the coaching resume he has. I would agree that they need a change even though things were worse before him.

I was gonna say the same thing, plus there is no GUARANTEED win

Add to those 3 games, they actually play Buffalo twice and by the time they play SEA theyll have Engram and Branch back, and its @ SEA

I never go to CBS sportsline for my football, but I just heard about this. On the football homepage, they actually have a 'Countdown to Patriots - Chargers'  clock going - FOR A GAME THAT DOESNT EVEN GO DOWN FOR ALMOST A MONTH!!!

http://www.sportsline.com/nfl

I think having something like that is stupid, unless maybe it was Indy-NE last year, or the Super Bowl, but lets see

-We have the 0-2 Chargers
-We have the Brady-less Patriots
-And we have marquee games THIS week with PIT-PHILLY and GB-DAL

..and youre counting down to this game?!?!?  ;D

I guess my reasoning for NEVER going to CBS in the first place just made more sense

Good to see Deuce back for the Saints and the Saints winning

Anquan Boldin got hit by a safety who launched himself into him helmet to helmet with 30 sec left in the game. Def illegal hit and certainly a cheap shot, esp with NYJ up by 21 points.

He was taken off the field by a stretcher and immediately into an ambulance.

Hopefully he is alright

I hope ARZ management feel like asshats now for not giving him his deserved and asked for pay raise
