pennylane.................i hope to wake up to a bunch of YEAH YEAH YEAHs cause the fucking gmen just let me down like none other. i am mad. o well. its football, it happens. i will not insult the browns, cause they did nothing other than OWN my gmen. golly gee...i blame 95% of my quint quotes on sports. and by sports, i mean the giants. but tonight i will be a good boy.

well, ill see y'all next weekend. :-/

(i still love sports, how can you predict this stuff? :D)

((my rangers are 5-0))

Really cant believe CLE won that game, but fine by me  :)

And I can understand it, because Eli Manning is not an elite QB in this league. He played very well in the playoffs, but he is probably not even 1 of the 10 best QBs in the NFL

Eli is their achilles, and probably will be his entire career - unless the rest of their team really sucks

This is shocking:

Dallas' Adam Jones suspended again

PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP)—NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has suspended Adam "Pacman" Jones indefinitely for violating the league's personal conduct policy.
Jones was involved in an alcohol-related scuffle with one of his bodyguards at a private party in Dallas on Oct. 7.

The league said the Dallas Cowboys cornerback will miss the next four games, and Goodell will determine the final length of the suspension after the Cowboys' game in Washington on Nov. 16.

In a letter Tuesday to Jones, Goodell called the latest incident the continuation of "a disturbing pattern of behavior and clearly inconsistent with the conditions I set for your continued participation in the NFL."

The NFL's investigation comes six weeks after Goodell reinstated Jones from a 17-month suspension after several run-ins with the law while with the Tennessee Titans.

Well, I can live with #2 for my Stillers

I dont know how they came up with atmosphere at 6 though, with Tennessee??, Indy, Seattle???, and KC?? ahead of PIT though. The atmosphere their is easily #1. People coming out at 8 am or earlier, everyone pumped for the game, numerous tailgeters with 20+ person parties basically going on, and it all translates inside the stadium once the game starts. Its almost like a college stadium atmosphere in the NFL, but better.

I also dont know how they could judge this from a "fan's" perspective. Id vote Pittsburgh #1 for but I also havent been to another teams stadium, so how could I, or most fans, make it relative?!

BTW Tracy - you see theyre making a Land of the Lost movie? with Will Ferrell. Who knows WTF thatll end up like

That's a shit list.  I haven't been to any other stadium than Paul Brown, but there's no way we have the second worst atmosphere!

Evey: Are you, like, a crazy person?
V: I am quite sure they will say so.

Any Bills fans on the board? I have a couple of questions for you (I'm from Toronto, so you know where this is going). Also, any Dolphins fans making the trek to "The Big Smoke", aka Toronto, in December when The Fish play the Bills? I could care less about the game other than I hope the Bills win (not a fan of either team) and folks have a good time. I hope the Bills never leave Buffalo.

I'll bet you that this is but the first step in the Bills eventual move to your fair country and the eventual demise of the CFL.  Gigantic city of wealth vs. small rusting city with tradition; hmmmm.  How many luxury boxes can we sell in Toronto?

Ticket sales aren't going well and neither are the luxury box sales for the Miami-Buffalo game. The exhibition game in the summer was a bomb too. Rogers (the owner of the Jays and monster cable TV giant) held NFL and CFL fans hostage over the ticket package deals. And I know both Ralph Wilson and Ted Rogers underestimated the loyal support that the CFL gets in the greater metro Toronto area (which has a population base of six million). Personally, I think an NFL team in Toronto would ruin the 100+ year CFL, damage the social fabric of Canada and destroy the flailing town of Buffalo.

Exactly.  Start picking out team names.  Mounties? Gignatic Red Leaves? Bacon? And are you going to call your team Toronto or Ontario or Canada?  I like the Ontario Upper Mexicans.

The Toronto Glacier.

And when they score a touchdown, the walls in the end zone roll up and a glacier comes out and engulfs the field.

And the cheerleaders would wear this
